I am a licensed psychotherapist based in Vermont with a private practice specializing in trauma recovery. Over the last several years, I have immersed myself in the study of psilocybin, exploring how these potent tools can be harnessed to drive profound healing and lasting personal transformation. My work is built upon three foundational pillars:
Mindfulness & Contemplation
For thirty years, I have studied and taught mindfulness through the Insight Meditation, Shambhala, and Zen Buddhist traditions. I view mindfulness as the essential “letting go” practice—as a tool to prepare for, navigate through, and integrate from psychedelic work.

Clinical Trauma Therapy
With over a decade of clinical experience, I utilize modern modalities like Internal Family Systems (IFS) to skillfully address the protective barriers we build around past pain.
Data-Driven Neuroscience & Research
I believe transformational work must be grounded in science. By studying the “mechanisms of action”—what is actually changing in the brain—we can better understand the how and why of the psychedelic experience. This data-driven lens allows us to identify the specific factors that lead to the safest and most productive outcomes.
